VP Homes Drafting & Design was founded as DBA by House of Vasquez, INC. VP Homes will specialize in the drafting & design and pre-construction services for the residential development of remodels, garage conversions to JADUs, attached ADUs, detached ADUs, tiny homes, single-family homes, multi-family homes, and custom homes.

VP Homes finalizes its vision and completes its AutoCAD standards: text styles, dimension styles, layers, blocks, title blocks, and all design templates for residential design and development, and begins the research and development of ADU models

VP Homes finalizes the research and development of ADUs and begins the design of 22 ADU models.

VP Homes completes the design of the 22 ADU models. Website development has begun and completes.

VP Homes website is up and running, and all VP Homes corporate paperwork is complete. VP Homes is 100 percent operational.

VP Homes is looking to have all 22 ADU models pre-approved with the planning and building departments of Sutter County, Yuba County, Sacramento County, Yuba City, and City of Sacramento.

CEO, Raul will begin all training and course work required to obtain the Class B: General Building Contractor license in the State of California.

House of Vasquez, INC will form an LLC with the name of VPC Construction LLC. VP Homes will partner with sister company VPC Construction. VPC Construction will build all VP Homes residential projects.
