About VP Homes Drafting & Design

In Spring 2023, both husband and wife, Raul & Nataly Vasquez founded House of Vasquez, INC. A year later in the Spring of 2024, VP Homes Drafting & Design was founded as DBA by House of Vasquez, INC.

VP Homes specializes in the drafting & design and pre-construction services for the residential development of remodels, garage conversions to JADUs, attached ADUs, detached ADUs, tiny homes, single-family homes, multi-family homes, and custom homes.

In 2019, CEO, Raul Vasquez obtained his associates degree in architecture from Consumnes River College in Sacramento, CA. He is a United States Navy Seabee Veteran. While as a seabee, he was a builder 3rd class. As a builder he learned about heavy-framed construction, light-framed construction, concrete construction, and interior and exterior finish construction.

After college, Raul worked for multiple companies expanding his experience and knowledge as a frame designer, drafter, home designer, and pre-construction project manager. As a home designer, Raul has designed: 1 custom home, 2 home additions, and 150 ADUs spreading various jurisdictions in Northern California.
